Teaching Styles
I specialize in alignment-based yoga, blending Iyengar and vinyasa styles with a strong emphasis on yin and restorative practices. My teaching approach makes yoga accessible for all body types, ages, ethnicities, and abilities. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you’ll find a welcoming atmosphere with verbal cues and demonstrations guiding your practice. I aim to make yoga less intimidating, with a touch of humor and lots of encouragement along the way. With my 200-hour certification from HereNowYoga and a 300-hour training in progress, I offer a grounded, inclusive space to help you grow your practice.
Roller Skate Your Way
I’m not a pro skater by any means, but that’s what makes my approach real. Skating can be intimidating, especially if you’re new to it, but it’s all about finding your balance, having fun, and rolling with it. Whether you’re just learning to lace up, building basic roller derby skills, or even learning to take and receive hits, I’m here to help you navigate the basics.
Expect a no-pressure, laid-back vibe. You’ll get tips straight from my own trial-and-error journey as a “mediocre skater” who’s found joy and freedom on wheels. I’ll share what’s worked for me, how to keep your body moving comfortably, and how to build confidence — one stride at a time.
